The maintenance of feed pellet machine -- the prevention of negative phenomenon
1.The pellets have an axial or radial crack phenomenon; powder rate is higher and capacity is low. The reason for this phenomenon is that the temperature in conditioner can not reach the standard required and the degree of material slaking is low. So the temperature in conditioner should be improved and increase quantity of steam; And it could be the cutter location far or the cutter is blunt so the pellets are touched short or torn and not cut off;
2.The surface of the pellets is not smooth and powder rate is higher. The compression ratio of ring die may is smaller. It should be bigger.
3.The surface of the pellets is smooth, but the density is too high. The compression ratio of ring die may is big. It should be smaller.
4.The capacity of pellets is lower when the moisture content is higher and pellet machine is ofen blocked. May be the pressure relief valve is ineffective or traps can not play a role in hydrophobic so pressure release valve should be adjusted and make the vapor pressure entered conditioner 0.1—0.4MPa, Also hydrophobic valve can play a hydrophobic role. May also improve the temperature in conditioner because the degree of material slaking is higher when the temperature is increased. Generally, the moisture content increased by 1% when the temperature increased at 11℃;
5.Pellets of varying lengths. We should adjust the cutter distance or adjust the cutting position of the material deflection;
6.Two motor current deviation should be adjusted to the location of the two motor belt tension, so that the tension as consistent as possible.
